HOOKUPS is intended for people aged 18 or older who are eligible to use the Nigeria-focused service. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and provide accurate account information.

Respectful conduct

Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, harass, threaten, exploit, scam, solicit minors, upload intimate content without consent, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Respect other members' boundaries and privacy.

Profiles and photos

You must have the right to upload the photos and content you provide. You are responsible for your profile's accuracy. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.

Matching and messaging

Mutual matching is required before conversations. Sharing phone numbers, email addresses, and external links in chat may be restricted. HOOKUPS does not guarantee matches, responses, compatibility, safety, or any relationship outcome.

Current pricing

HOOKUPS is currently free to use. Paid features and advertisements are not part of the current service. If introduced later, applicable terms and disclosures will be presented before use.

AI-generated images

Some images shown on the public website, promotional materials, and design illustrations are AI-generated and depict fictional people or scenes. Such images must not be interpreted as real member profiles, verified members, or actual activity on HOOKUPS.

Safety and limitations

Use caution when meeting people online or in person. Report suspicious behavior. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, or security reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
